Stone Church Farms

The heritage breed of Duclair ducks enjoy 200 acres of natural landscaping in upstate New York; truly an environment where they can thrive. Mr. Rosenthal has thoughtfully planted acorn trees and buckwheat, which are part of the terroir that give the Duclair it's signature taste.

Most impressively this farm has no high netting. this means the ducks are free to fly away if there's a more attractive landscape, but there's not! Because these ducks can fly and live wildly their meat is exercised, which as a result causes them to develop more myogloben, giving it a redder color, and more profond flavor!
